See which Nissan crossover or SUV is right for you

At Tanner Nissan, located in Brainerd, we have a great selection of new Nissan crossovers and SUVS. Shoppers we serve, like those from the Baxter or Little Falls areas, love these vehicles because of their stance that’s higher off the ground, their cargo-hauling capabilities, and of course their style.

The Nissan crossover and SUV lineup consists of the following models (from smallest to largest):

Nissan Kicks (all-new for 2018)
Nissan Rogue Sport
Nissan Rogue
Nissan Murano
Nissan Pathfinder
Nissan Armada

Each one has their own benefits and persona. We’ll look at a few things that people consider when shopping, and let you know which vehicles best fit those needs.

Family-Friendly Focus

Driving a family around is no small feat, and our two favorite vehicles for parents and kids are the Nissan Rogue and the Nissan Pathfinder. The Rogue is the biggest five-passenger vehicle we have and is great for smaller families. If you need more space, the three-row Pathfinder can fit up to seven passengers.

Pure Style

Nissan models are known for having plenty of style. When you’re behind the wheel of one, it’s hard not to stand out and all are head-turners. If you’re looking for something that is both aggressive and refined, we suggest the Nissan Murano. It rocks a high-end look that’s more futuristic than the rest of the lineup, and people are going to stop and stare, so be ready.

Towing

Trucks aren’t the only models that can tow! The massive Nissan Armada can easily drag along heavy items, thanks to its max tow rating of up to 8,500 pounds. With numbers like that you can very easily get a boat onto Pequot Lakes or out to Breezy Point! We don’t often carry the Armada, but if you are interested let us know and we’ll track one down.

For the Youngin’s

Okay, by youngin’s we mean young professionals or shoppers who have a few years before they start to get those pre-30’s jitters we’ve all been through. Popular picks for them include the Nissan Kicks subcompact crossover and the Nissan Rogue Sport. The Kicks has a more “out there” and youthful style, whereas the Rogue Sport is a downsized Rogue. Both models have an attractive price tag, great convenience technologies, and cargo space.
