Tanner motors has been absolutely fantastic. It is hard to get a hold of the service department BUT once you do they have been very helpful and reliable. I would absolutely recommend them for your vehicle needs. I bought my car in 2024 and I’m 3+ hours away and I still drive to them for my service because they have been so amazing.

My husband and I recently went to Tanner Nissan and bought a Nissan Pathfinder. We had Jeff O help us through the process. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge with an awesome personality. Jeff went over and beyond helping us test drive multiple vehicles and clearly explained all the details of each car and offers being provided by the company. When the vehicle we wanted to purchase wasn’t available at their store, Jason W made several phone calls to find it at another dealership and had it delivered the next day. When we went to Chad for the financing paperwork he did a great job of explaining everything and not pressuring us to buy anything we didn’t need. This is the best experience we have ever had buying a car and we will be back to buy many more from Tanner Nissan. We have told many family and friends to buy a car from Jeff at Tanner Nissan!

The sales team and finance dept were spectacular when I purchased my truck last year. No complaints at all. I will likely buy my next truck there too. With my purchase, I got a warranty and free oil change/ rotation service. Went in for the 2nd free oil change/tire rotation and asked to get a battery installed before a long trip and the winter season coming up since it was failing last winter. However, I neglected to inquire how much the battery would cost, but assumed it would be under $200, maybe $250 on the high end installed. When I got the bill, they failed to waive the oil change and the bill was $651! After I said ah, no, the oil change should not be on there, it was removed and my bill was still just under $600 bucks ($582) Needless to say, I told them to take it out and put my old one back in. They did without a problem, and apologized for not disclosing the price up front. Everyone was nice, but boy I feel like the price was beyond normal. I went to Costco and got an Interstate AGM 94 Series for $179 and it took me exactly 7 minutes to instal it myself. That's $400 less then what they tried getting me for. So.... long story short, very nice people, no issues with how they treated me, just not happy they are charging nearly $600 for a new battery with installation. Lesson learned, inquire on price before asking for a part or service.
