The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I tried to book service online and it showed no openings for 10 days out. I called and spoke with Max and was able to get in the next day. you should fix your online scheduling for customer convenience

Went in for oil change & tire rotation. With the multi-point inspection both air and cabin filters were in need of replacement. Total time was only 55 minutes.

When I purchased my truck I was told I would receive 2yrs of free oil changes or up to 24000 miles of oil changes. 8 was charged for my fourth oil change in this time period at a milage of just over 21300. They would not honor the 2yr 24000 policy and began to tell me that the oil change intervals are typically around every 7000 which no service tech would recommend, let alone they told me to change the oil every 6000 max. Very disappointed in this dealership from purchase to maintenance of my truck.

The guys in the service dept were great carshield was scrappy but my service advisor Garyck was the best patient did everything he could carshield pulled some bs wanted recorda for two years before I had even bought the plan. I had them before an was great fixed some stuff right off. This time the woman adjuster they had doing claim knew nothing about automotive repair or diesel engines may have to go after them with a attorney. Everyone at Tanner Nissan was very courteous. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. There were 2 broken items in our vehicle, fortunately they will be covered under warranty, it's just an inconvenience as it requires 2 trips to the dealer which is 35 miles away. The other involved our title. We requested it be sent to our MN lake home and I wrote the address down for the gentleman who did our paperwork, but he did not give it to the titling person.
