I made an appointment last week for oil change, tire rotation for today at 9:00 A.M. with Derek at the service desk, I got in just before 9:00 A.M., and was done in about an hour. This business is top notch, and customer oriented as well. Not only did they do an inspection of vehicle, but also received a VETERANS DISCOUNT!!! Thanks Tanner , if you need any work done ask for Derek, he will take care of you!!!

Professional staff, friendly and courteous. But services are very expensive. New OEM alternator online cost about $800 including shipping, Tanner charged me $950. Total bill with labor for replacing the alternator was over $1,850.
The reason i took vehicle in is that the airbag light constantly flashes after starting vehicle. Apparently, it was not flashing at all when tech took in to stall to repair. They worked on it for an hour trying to find the cause and/or make it happen again but no success. I am not happy that I had to pay $160 for " no problem"

Our overall experience was top-notch. Jason )manager) and Todd (salesman) were both very informative and helpful. Travis and finance.called us before we picked up our car to make sure everything was ready to go when we got there. Todd’s been a great deal of time helping us understand all the new bells and whistles on our new fancy car.
The staff was very helpful and even though I ask a couple of question that were dumb they answered in way I understood. What I appreciated the most they had everything ready and did not have to look for papers.

I took my Nissan Rogue in for Tires and what I thought was warped rotors. It turned out that both front and rear rotors were worn out and breaks needed replacement. I got a loan vehicle while they worked and the completed the work, plus an oil change in under for hours. Great work! Everything felt smooth and mileage improved during the trip home.

Went in for no air and issues with my door locks and a recall. Estimated time of 2 -3 hours.. Took 8.5 hours. Nothing was fixed, but the diagnostic cost was over $700. Check engine light is still on. Edited to add: The follow call was greatly appreciated. I was offered possible discount coupons with the next service. This vehicle is a 2009 model with 188,000+ miles; I hesitate to spend more to fix all the electrical issues.

They were able to get me in right away for an oil change but it took 3 hours for said oil change. To make up for my time, they didn’t charge me for the oil change which was pretty nice.

Tanner motors has been absolutely fantastic. It is hard to get a hold of the service department BUT once you do they have been very helpful and reliable. I would absolutely recommend them for your vehicle needs. I bought my car in 2024 and I’m 3+ hours away and I still drive to them for my service because they have been so amazing.
My husband and I recently went to Tanner Nissan and bought a Nissan Pathfinder. We had Jeff O help us through the process. Jeff is a wealth of knowledge with an awesome personality. Jeff went over and beyond helping us test drive multiple vehicles and clearly explained all the details of each car and offers being provided by the company.
