They are still actively trying to figure it out. It is under warranty, I want this fixed before the warranty is up. I literally swear and almost have a heart attack every time someone calls us while driving... it's unsafe!

Oil change and tire rotation
Had fluids changed in front and rear diffs, transmission, transfer case, and an engine oil change. They did well, finished promptly, and are always pleasant. Chris is the best service manager ever.

Was very surprised how fast they moved. I normally go to a dealer closer to home but was in the area. They were able to get me in on time very courteous and very prompt. The only downside is they were a little more expensive than my normal dealer by only about $10. However, they do offer a free car wash so it evens out. If in the area again will definitely go back and gladly pay the extra money.

The service rep was extremely helpful and super friendly. He also shared honest info about front brakes which I really appreciate. It helps to know I can trust that Tanner will not try to sell me service that is not needed. I live in the twin cities, but have a cabin up north. Its not always convenient to book maintenance service with a shop so far away, but it is worth it to me, knowing I can trust Tanner Service.

Wonderful. I've had vehicles come here for upgrade packages, fixing some issues, to just doing vehicle inspections. Every time, the folks here are in a good mood and super helpful. If waiting, they have a waiting area with coffee, water, pop and a few snacks. I was also able to turn the TV on to a kids channel for my toddler, which was just another added bonus.
