I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. As a part of the total system check done as a part of a routine maintenance, it was discovered that the battery was not charging correctly. Since I bought the car new 6 months ago, I was surprised. On reflection, I had noticed that the engine was slower to turn over than I might expect for a new car. They are still actively trying to figure it out. It is under warranty, I want this fixed before the warranty is up. I literally swear and almost have a heart attack every time someone calls us while driving... it's unsafe!

Had a recall done today on out Nissan Rogue and look at possible bad seal on sunroof since it has been leaking. We wanted a quote to see how much to fix. Recall went well and at checkout they charge for a quote. $130.00 No mention of a fee prior to looking, lady at checkout was nice and apologized for guy not mentioning. Need to watch for fees and lack of quotes! Wont be getting repair done with them. Will go to a different Nissan dealer. E&A

Oil change and tire rotation
Had fluids changed in front and rear diffs, transmission, transfer case, and an engine oil change. They did well, finished promptly, and are always pleasant. Chris is the best service manager ever.

Was very surprised how fast they moved. I normally go to a dealer closer to home but was in the area. They were able to get me in on time very courteous and very prompt. The only downside is they were a little more expensive than my normal dealer by only about $10. However, they do offer a free car wash so it evens out. If in the area again will definitely go back and gladly pay the extra money.

The service rep was extremely helpful and super friendly. He also shared honest info about front brakes which I really appreciate. It helps to know I can trust that Tanner will not try to sell me service that is not needed. I live in the twin cities, but have a cabin up north. Its not always convenient to book maintenance service with a shop so far away, but it is worth it to me, knowing I can trust Tanner Service.
